IT Support Specialist

Your Mission
You will have a central role in supporting the development and maintenance of our customers' IT solutions as an IT Support Specialist.

What you will do
In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Support customers in using Microsoft 365 Cloud tools.
  • Ensure the continuous operation of customers' IT infrastructures.
  • Fornire supporto tecnico di primo e/o secondo livello agli utenti, sia in loco sia da remoto.
  • Fix hardware and software problems.
  • Install and configure new computers and applications.
  • Maintain and implement Cloud environments on different platforms.
  • Update and maintain software on PCs and/or servers.

The Ideal Profile
We are looking for a person with:

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Automation or similar fields.
  • Even short experience in first level IT support.
  • Basic IT administration skills (user management, remote desktop connections, etc.).
  • IT certifications (Microsoft 365 preferred) – a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
  • Good command of English, essential for working with international clients and following technical documentation.
