IT Support Specialist
Your Mission
You will have a central role in supporting the development and maintenance of our customers' IT solutions as an IT Support Specialist.
What you will do
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Support customers in using Microsoft 365 Cloud tools.
- Ensure the continuous operation of customers' IT infrastructures.
- Fornire supporto tecnico di primo e/o secondo livello agli utenti, sia in loco sia da remoto.
- Fix hardware and software problems.
- Install and configure new computers and applications.
- Maintain and implement Cloud environments on different platforms.
- Update and maintain software on PCs and/or servers.
The Ideal Profile
We are looking for a person with:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Automation or similar fields.
- Even short experience in first level IT support.
- Basic IT administration skills (user management, remote desktop connections, etc.).
- IT certifications (Microsoft 365 preferred) – a plus.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
- Good command of English, essential for working with international clients and following technical documentation.
